Prior to your boiler installation we will:

Take the time to conduct a full heating survey of your home, gaining an understanding of your heating and hot water requirements before giving you our recommendation on the type and size of boiler you need.
Talk you through our recommendation and options available.
Provide you with an itemised installation quote, including; the model, make and price of the boiler being installed with an explanation of why that boiler has been recommended, costs of any additional heating controls required, the location of the boiler and details of the new location if applicable, water treatment, details on the chosen method to clean the system (gravity flush, mains flush or power flush) and an overview of the works and labour costs.
Ensure you are happy and have a full understanding of the work being completed.

After your boiler installation our registered Gas Safe engineer will:

Complete a series of safety and performance checks and record these in the back of your instruction manual, this is important for the warranty.
Register your boiler with the manufacturer to activate the warranty.
Provide a full explanation of the warranty you are receiving with your boiler, and what needs to be done to maintain the terms of the warranty, such as an annual service.
Ensure there are no cold spots on radiators.
Ensure radiators heat up in a timely manner.
